x2.6 w/xapter on xbox v1.0 - can't get it to work

I have the Xecuter 2.6 chip with the Xapter solderless adapter and a v1.0 xbox.

I followed the Xapter instructions ( http://www.teamxecuter.com/xapter/?CMSSESSID=7b21e9d62be57bdcec095f9608c9bf45 ) exactly and was not able to get any LED lights to light up. Maybe I'm retarded, but I don't even see any f**king LED lights on this thing.

Can someone explain the process of installing a 2.6 chip WITH Xapter solderless adapter into a v1.0 Xbox from start to finish? I'm extremely frustrated. I should have just bought the 2.3 chip, that takes 2 screws and you're done, and you don't need a special adapter to make it solderless.

is it the clear mod?
Make sure both parts of the screw r tight so the mod sits flush, put the first half of the screw in, then power up and u should c the mod light up when u press it down, then just tighten it in.
I done mine first and only time easy, the do wire is a pain but just push it in. Mine had a screw with another screw on top aswell.Is urs the same?
