X2.6CE won't load dashboard after bios flash

I installed the Xecuter 2.6CE with no problems and booted to the FlashBIOS. Seeing the quick, easy option, I decided to try and Unlock the hard drive with the option at the bottom. It did something real quick, which I assumed was unlocking the hard drive. Then I flashed with the x5032 bios with the proper version for the 1.1 Xbox. It loads, and says the "Loading X2 Config.ini" or whatever it says, and then stops. The screen goes blank and the dashboard doesn't load. With the modchip disabled, the screen is blank from the start. Did the "Unlock Hard Drive" option mess up the hard drive? What can I do to rescue the hard drive? I tried going to the Lock hard drive option, and again it did its thing, but no luck there. What can I do?

Get 5035 and try again. The bios is looking for that file but cannot find it on the drive. I believe 5035 loads default settings if it can't find the config file.

I've got 5035. I tried reflashing, first using a BIOS that I patched for LBA48 support, and then just using the default 5032 bios. Both times, I had the same symptoms.

Also, when the modchip is disabled, the XBox powers on, but goes straight to the blank screen. The eject light stays green, but the screen does nothing. In fact, I cannot boot to an EvoX bootdisk, either. With the chip on and loaded to the 5032 BIOS, and the disc in the drive, it does the same thing. Thanks for the previous reply. Are there any more suggestions?
