X2 Bios manager 2.3 not working for programmer.

I just updated to Windows professional X64 edition.

I've used my programmer several times and consider myself a pro at using it. But now using it for the first time on the O/S, I get this error

unable to extract io.sys. login as a user

this causes the programmer to be unrecognized. Can anyone help?
