I have a .dvd file (29 bytes) and a .iso file (7.5gb). When I try to open the .iso, imgburner tells me it'll use the .dvd file instead. Is this correct for burning a 360 iso to dvd?

I tried with ImgBurn, 1x, burning the .dvd file. Same problem, Xbox reads it as a DVD.

Could it be down to my firmware? Maybe it's because I'm trying to burn newer games? (Dante's Inferno and Bioshock2). It reads other backups fine, just not the ones I burn! Or maybe its my my dvd drive buring poorly?

If anyone has any suggestions please let me know, I'm totally stumped.

You don't think maybe it's because I hadn't set layer break in ImgBurn? In the Write settings I had Layer Break as Calculate Optimal, whereas I just recently read that it should be manually set to 1913760.

Yes well if you aint set the layerbreak then it will not burn correctly.
