X3 and 1.6 help

I've searched the forums for "frag" and "frag flashing amber" and I couldn't find anything could help.

O.K. so I installed a X3 on my 1.6 xbox box. When I push the power button it turns on then off, then on/off again, and then it turns on again. The two LEDs on the mod chip are blue. The light on the switch is blue and the eject button flashed amber. The forum post explaining the FRAG lights say flashing amber is a bad sodder point. My Dad and I ohmed all the points and couldn't find anything wrong. I have turned all the switch bank to all off and then the only only the first two switches to one. I have the A/V plugged in and a blank screen on the T.V. Any help would be great.

did you actually flash a bios? if not then you will have to boot from backup bios (hold eject and power button) and install a normal bios.

O.K. I tried the backup (pressing eject and power) and it did the same thing (on/off, on/off, on) and when it was on (flashing amber) I pushed the eject button and the tray didn't come out. The screen is blank when I power it up, so I'm not sure how I would flash the bios?

Something wrong with the soldering is what you are saying?
