X3 and 400 Gig drive

I have several xboxes with 400 Gig HD's and when they get below around 120 gig avail, they end up as zero byte files or the process fails. Sometimes the xbox locks up. I am using the 1959 bios, F drive gets all and it looks like it is formatted correctly, the right amount of space show to be avail.

Any Ideas?

What I have heard is that since its a FATX file system it can only support a single partion of 256gigs and under after that there is not enough 2byte hex adress alocations. I have a 300gig and I just use the F&G. It shouldnt be a big deal to use both jsut change ini files to sort both partitions.
