X3 and Avalaunch Multiple instances of Games showing up Problem?

Ok I have an older version Xbox, 1.3 with X3 installed working fine and has never given a problem. I also have avalaunch running as the main dashboard, as well as a 250 gig hd for storing backups of my games. My problem is that for some odd reason Avalaunch is reporting more than 1 copy of a certain game as being backed-up to the hard drive. For example it shows 2 Mechassult games, when I only have 1 and it's only on 1 partition. Anyone have any clue to what it causeing this problem, or have experienced this problem themselves? I know that it is not that particular game because when I removed it off of the hard drive it then moved on and did the multiple game reporting with another game.

Oh yeh, the problem has now carried over to my other Xbox when transfering said game. It is reporting 2 copies of the game and that xbox is not running a X3, but rather a X2.x chip.

i saw the same problem on my xbox. I saw it when i was ftp with flashfxp but not on my actual xbox.
