X3 Bios help pleaseeeeeee

I have installed the x3 chip and correctly flash the bios.......the screens all go as per the Flash Bios tutorials and the xbox even switches off as required.........however, when I switch it back on I do not get the xbox x3 logo as shown below>>>>>>>>>

BUT instead I get back to the blue screen before the flash process as shown below>>>>>>>>>

CAN YOU PLEASE HELP ME BY LETTING ME KNOW WHAT I AM DOING WRONG AND HOW DO I FIX IT.......................thanks in advance..............tom

need to know witch xbox you have v1.?
and how are you flashing it cd-rw or http ?

I have v1.1 of xbox and using CD-RW for the flashing....................

How can I get the correct Bios.bin file as I might be using the wrong bios.bin file................

ok use X3 3294 bios not X3 3294 v16 plus
can you get your backup bios power eject at same time if so boot to that then set switchers to on on off off off then flash with x3 3294 bios use a dummy file as well as the bios that you have renamed to bios.bin use a cd-rw and burn at slow speed 2x
