Place the file on your E:\ drive - Not in a folder, just the root.

Like Ice said, Just plop it right into the E:\ folder and thats it.
Now its time to figure out how to change the giant X above the Xbox text.

Their not model replacements. just MS text/Rox my box replacements.

Hopefully all the multilayer model replacement bugs will be irond out by next release.

you can make animated .gif files using Adobe ImageReady which comes packaged with Photoshop 7 or newer. Just create a seperate image layer for each frame then export it to image ready and use the animation thing to animate it. I made a cool matrix sig a while ago, before I made my compiler sig with random binary crap.
