When you go to allxboxskins.com you can pick a new Bios Models/Logos. I have one dumb question, how to change it once you download them. I know how to change a skin but how do you do the Bios Models/Logo?

Thanks

By Bios model, do you mean the, "Xecuter Rox My Box," logo or the flubber?

If you mean the XRMB logo, then you begin by opening MS paint and resizing your window to 180x50. Make the logo as you wish (mine says, "Microsoft" with bullet holes going through it, and another caption, "Killed by X3."). When you get finished, then save it as x3logo.bmp IN 256 COLOR BITMAP. If you don't do this it won't work. Then FTP the box and save it in the root of the E drive. Restart XBox. You should have a fancy logo now. There, wasn't that easy? :)

If you mean the flubber... sorry, I'm clueless. I have no idea. I've been working on that one for awhile now. I dunno.

Is there any way you could upload that x3 image somewhere? Sounds pretty cool.

Oh, I actually downloaded it! They have a lot of them on http://www.allxboxskins.com/logos/index.php?. I would upload it, but I reformatted my computer with Linux, and have not yet had the chance to backup my XBox on it.

Warning: You may see some beautiful logos on the website, but lots of them are saved in 24 bit color format. In that case, they will not display. You'll have to resave them in 256 color format. I had to do that to my logo. They'll still look good, just not as vibrant.

Oh, and one more thing: you'll see lots of logos with this obnoxious magenta color on them. This is really no magenta. It becomes transparent when the logo is displayed to whatever your background color is. Or at least in theory. :)
