X3 bios not flashing

Ok, i have the proswitch. I've got it so protect is off. And i've selected banks 1 and 2 for the first bank. I have the x3 bios with a 630 meg dummy file(using the same one for the evox dashboard) When i boot it up, flashbios comes up. I select boot from disc It waits, then reads the CD title, then comes with a message

No bios update found....Halting!

What am i doing wrong. I'm using Memorex CD-RW. I have a version 1.0xbox. I'm using nero 6 and i've tried the x3 flashbios tutorial. I've got all correct settings in nero. Thanks.

Do you have evox installed? If so can you ftp? I just wondered because if you used the same dummy as you used for evox then you must have some bios installed. What does it say the cd title is?
