X3 Bios to big????

every time i try to flash my x3 via http is says that the filesize is to big. im using version 3294 in a 1.0 xbox. the bios folder is unrar'ed and by itself. so i have no idea what im doing wrong. any help would be very helpfull

what are your switch set to should be ON ON OFF OFF OFF

ok i fixed it the problem was that the led on the chip would be green and not let me flash but i switched it to red which im pretty shure is protected mode and it flashed no problem

Incorrect, green means your chip is safe from being flashed, red indicates that the chip is "unlocked" or vunerable to flashing.
