x3 bios v3.0.1 or v3.0.3

I was just wondering what was the difference between these 2.I noticed that if i changes the banks I get a different flashbios version.I was just wondering what the difference was.

flashbios 3.0.1 works with v1.0 to v1.6 xbox but will not work with v1.6b xbox
flashbios 3.0.3 works with v1.0 to v1.6b xbox but will not work with v1.6 xbox
