Actually it's not a scam at all, but whatever, you just needed something to bitch about, I understand. I made it small for you and you still have a gripe, I think your sig needs to go cuz it's hideous, but I'm not bitching post after post about it. I'm not 13 -quite a bit older - but out of curiosity, I clicked the link. Doesn't take anyone of too much intelligence to see that this is a scam. A quick google search (newsgroups as well as websites) sees these messages everywhere on the net ... a good sign of a scam reaching saturation.
