X3 blue hd led

I installed my X3 last night and all I get is the Blue HD led flashing. I can't get the blue, red, or purple X3 logo. I checked all my soldering, no splices in the wires. The blue led lights up on the x3 itself too. I followed the install and check my work. check the d0, lan and hd too.

My box is a v1.0 with a non working X3.

Sorry if this is a repost the closest problem I could find was on a v1.6

please help

make sure that BOTH leds are on. there should be 2 leds on the X3 its self. if one of thoes isn't on, then it isn't getting full power and you need to resolder it.
