X3 blue led on front panel doesnt work on a 1.6 install

alright well tried that way as well and still coming up with the same thing. I there something else that i could be doing wrong

Went and resoder all Do points and check all others and all seem to making contact. Yet same thing keeps happening. When power button is pressed i get a fragging and disabled light same with eject, power/eject. Chip lights are on alt 5v connect and everything seems to be in it's place please can some one tell me whats going on here. If so please let me know the easy way of removing soder from the board maybe to redo all
