Now i got that done how the hell do u up date the new Bios ? as ya have an old 1959 already still on it?

and as for the the new skins do u have to put them in manuly?

Use the skins that are in the x3_2913.rar file. They work for me.

that's what it's there for. i prefer flashing via ftp though it's the easiest.

First I must say it was worth the wait...another job well done. I have the first bug...well maybe not a bug, but first issue. When I go to DVD Rom Info...After Model: it says "Error getting ID" and does not show anything next to Firmware Version: I assume that is because it can't detect the model. Anyways, my box is a v1.1 and originally had a tommy drive I swapped for a sammy from a different Xbox...I will open it and get the model #'s and info. off the drive when I am finished checking out the rest of the new bios. Excellent work!

so awesome, i love the new skins and dvd disable mode. Couldn't change the skins to my liking, it just went back to the old spinning x skin when i enabled a skin that was changed a bit. Dont know if anybody has an answer, but its no big deal. THE BIOS KICK ASS!!!!
