I installed the X3 chip and it boots up fine and everything is working. But when ever i try to disable the chip ( hold power button in for a second ) it wont boot to M$ dash and a error 13 appers. Also the X on the out side pannal is suppose to turn red but mine does not. Whats goin on? This junk is makin me peevish.

jtag my first xbox with nandx
ok so this is were im at i have been flashing drives for years now and i have great soldering skills since i flash and repair so many xbox 360s i have several so i have decided to jtag one i am buying th nandx programer because it seems to be the most compatible with all xbox mother board
so my question is this i have been told that i cant jtag every xbox due to dashboard updates now is this true where the nandx programer is involved or do i need to look for a specific dashboard update or what any help would be apreciated like i said right now im at the research stage i want all the info i can find before i do this so thanks yall
oh and how do i check the kernal or dashboard to find out what i have on my xbox

any dash version less then 2.0.7371 is jtagable.
some 2.0.7371 you have too look at the date of the system
if it's june 19 2009 or greater you may not be able to jtag it.
2.0.7371 before june 19 are all jtagable.
