X3 CE Bad Flash Please HELP

Hi
I have a X3 CE (Xbox ver 1.6) and screwed up the flash. Now when I power on the LED goes green then off, green then off, and green then red green frag.
Is there a way to recover the flash or remove the X3 then reflash the X3 outside the box?
As you can see I'm in real trouble here.

If you are sure is not a soldering problem you can boot from the back up bios select the bank where the flash went wrong and flash it again,and that should be all.
