X3 CE Bios Help Cannot access 256K Backup

I have flashed wrong bios which was V stupid !!! and I am only getting fragging chip comes on then off then on then off then stays on green red flashing.

I cannot access my 256K back up by power + eject any idea's

Xbox version 1.6 solderless adapt x3 c3

Any help would be greatfully apreciated

have you got a v1.6 or v1.6b
what bios did you flash
whitch bank setting did you flash ON ON OFF OFF OFF or OFF ON OFF OFF OFF
try the above settings to find flashbios

ALLWAYS FLASH CHIP WITH BIOS SWITCH SET TO ON ON OFF OFF OFF IF YOU OWN A V1.6 V1.6B XBOX
