x3 ce flashing problems

ok i have an x3ce installed in my xbox the chip lights up two blue and one red.but i can not get it to load the flash bios even if i push the power and eject buttons at the same time.the chip is brand new and i know its a good install becase when i installed i installed an x3 fist version chip in a customers xbox and i checked that x3 in my box and it works fine but i dont have a spare x3 anymore.so if anyone knows what the problem might be i need some help.p.s i have installed about 30 x3 chips with no problems and have modded about 150 other xboxs with other chips and never had a problem.also if i push the power and eject buttons together sometimes it shuts of

check the connection between the chip and power

its your d0 connection

its proboly a problem in the connection that comes intead of the yello wire that attached to the power button . can you get another one ?
does it get purple light on the external switch when you press both buttons ?

Could it be a bios incompatability problem? What version XBox you got?
