X3 CE installed but sound dosent work sometimes

I installed the X3 in a V.1.0 the sound works fine until i start a game when it starts to either cut in and out , not work at all or just buzz.
Any ideas?

certainley nothing to do with the modchip.

Hmm it was working before the chip, Could it be one of the pogo pins?
Couldnt find anything on the site eiter.

fixed it!!
was the pogo pins touched up a few i think one of the pins was a little higher then the rest.
Works perfect now.
