x3 ce modchip flashing problem

hi . i have big problem. i have xbox 1.6 and i want to flash new bios. i got EvolutionX M8 Bios_v1.6 from irc then convert the file to ISO then burn the file to cd-RW . i insert the cd in xbox then start to update the chip. xbox turn off and didn't turn up again. i power up the xbox and start turn on ,off, on, off, and on. the eject botton is flashing red and gree and there is no pic on tv. i don't how to fix the problem can someone help me pleae

Try pressing power and eject to load the backup flashbios.
set your switches to a 1mb setting and reflash with x3 3294 v1.6 plus. Get this from xbins. it is far better than any evox bios!

you mean to press powe and eject in same time. if yes. nothing happen.

i press power botton and eject . turn on ,off by it self couple times or won't power up

Try booting from bank 5678: off,on,off,off with protect off.
This should load flashbios v3.0.3 which was preflashed on your chip and should work with your v1.6 xbox.
If it does boot make sure you change switches back to on,on,off,off BEFORE you flash.
Also get the x3 bios x3_3294 v1.6plus from xbins, which is far better than your evox bios.

i don't understand the (off,on,off,off) how to do them where to press. and how to boot from bank 5678.

Do you have a 1.6 or 1.6b? It sounds like you have a 1.6. If that is the case, you need to boot to back-up bios (power and eject). Alternatively you could try banks 2,3 or 4, although I'm not sure they contain FlashBios at all. Banks 5-8 have flashBios 3.03, which will be incompatable with a 1.6

Bank 5: on on off on
Bank 6: off on off on
Bank 7: on off off on

Bank 12: on on on off
Bank 34: off on on off
Bank 56: on off on off
Bank 78: off off on off

1MB Bank
Bank 1234: on on off off
Bank 5678: off on off off

2MB Bank
Bank 12345678: off off off off

Try to boot from any of these bank settings, and let us know if any of them get you into flashbios.
