X3 CE problem

I have a xbox v1.0 with a X3 in it for about 3 years and its great. You guys at xecuter rock. The problem i am having is i installed a X3 CE in a xbox v1.4 or 1.3 cant remember off the top of my head. Its not the one thats supposedly rare, anyway i got it installed, flashed and dash installed and it worked great for about 2 days. The 3rd day i turned it on and i got a flashing red and green frag . iI double checked my connections and turned it on and i got the same thing. I loadded the back up by using the Power + Eject button and got the back up. I switched the bank to OFF ON OFF OFF and tried to flash it and on screen on the status bar it was loading and half way through the flashing on screen the geen bar would stop half way and it will just freeze. i have tried with a back up HDD also and it does the same thing. Am i just being a tard or do i have a real problem?? Help me out please.

what install did you do solderless or solder recheck frist then remove bios switch from chip and try to flash chip

I used the solderless

recheck your install again the solderless are known to do this just because you can boot into flashbios dose not mean it install allright

i have a question,while i was flashing my chip the progress bar froze also.i turned off the xbox and now when i turn it on it turns back off then back on again.after that it starts fragging and cant do nething with it.ive tried takin the chip out but now the xbox doesnt work nemore either. i get a universal error message.did i fry both my chip and xbox?
