X3 CE solderless HELP!!!

ok i bought the new X3 CE solderless model because of the simple fact that i didn't want to solder. THe problem is i have no idea how the pieces fit together and i there aren't any installation instructions on the internet. If someone knows how to put this thing in it would be very helpful. I can't imagine it being very hard but i want to make sure.
Also i have a version 1.0 xbox and the part where i am supposed to put in the pin thing is filled with solder. Is there i hassle free way to get it out?

i am changing my question. my X3 CE didn't come with the reset/Ejecy adaptor. Is this going to cause me any problems? or is the chips made so i don't need it?

if you didn't get the adapter email your mod supplier. as far as i know your screwed without it.
