I have an xbox v1.4 installed with an x3pro chip, now the problem is... after installing the chip and flashing the banks with the latest x3 bios... it works fine for a few days. If i switch the XBOX off for a week or two then turn it back on, it switches on/off/on/off then flashes RED. This is telling me that there is something wrong with my bios. So i re-flash the banks again but then it halts at 50%.....?? I read on the forums this could be because a possible faulty switch, So i pull my xbox apart and pull off the switch and re-checked the connections....FLASH SUCCESSFUL. all is good... BUT if i leave the xbox off for more then 1 week... i loose the bios again, and i have to repeat the whole process again..
Has anyone had this problem before? could this be due to a bad D0 connection or wiring? why would it work for a few days flawlessley and then loose the bios?
Another thing is, when i re-flash the bios. I still have all my bios settings??
