x3 chip wont enable

well this is my 2nd mod and the first didnt seem to bad this one is a v1.6 and an x3 build date is like 10-20-04 well my x3 wont enable? no blue x lite and when i boot to msdash it frags pull chip out and msdash works ive checked my my connections with mutimeter little resistence on my connections think there all ok. any wires that would cause this problem bad do? that one has a good connection on the board can i bypass my switch jump a wire on the do on the mobo ? any info will help thanks 1.6b?

pcb mobo? check from what to what i have cked from three wire cord grey to the do on the mobo checked resistince down the do trace and it has very little resistance? should i resoder do could it be the pin header ?

yes you can, you just have to have a good key vault from another console
and then it's pretty easy to do.

I tried searching for info on the process to unban my system, but couldnt find it. Can someone point me to the post that has the info, or someone who can help? I have another system with RROD so I could use that key if thats all I need. Thanks

I have found one tutorial but it is back form 2007. Anyone have a newer tut?

From what i know all you need is a good key vault (easy to do once jtagged or from a previous jtagged system)

I have 2 good keyvaults.

You take the original dump of your jtag system. Inject the kv.bin from a non banned system and then reflash your xbox with the new recreated freeboot image.

Im confused on if you still need to downgrade the dash or not..

But how long have you guys been able to keep your jtagged systems on live? If playing backuped games that is. And not downloaded DLC.

Doesnt seem worth swapping kvs for a few hours.

If you take a jtag online m$ notices that you are running a rebooter so you get console banned in 4-5 hours most likely.
