you do not have the correct port selected in the top left corner
you have the port of a harddrive, i believe
select a new port, if drive properties come up, you have the wrong port
if they don't, try pressing intro/device id then power cycling
if your drive shows, flash
if it doesn't show, try another port
once again, you are using the wrong port
find the port you were originally using for the drive
