X3 Control Panel -- Need Help Fast

Ok, so yea I'm definatly a newbie i just finshed installing me Xecuter 3CE modchip. Along with my order I bought the X3 Control Panel which includes the switch and an LCD screen oh and it also has USB ports which I dont need if i dont need to hook them up, I have yet to flash my HDD but I figured the screen should at least light up when I turn the box on or am i wrong?
So my question is could somebody send me a link that show me, or tell me how to contect this LCD screen to whatever it has to be connected to?

Ahh memories and just reading the Noob post WTH does he mean by "flash my HDD"
