hey guys hows it going?
im gonna get an x3 and the control panel! :D yay now can we expect the control panel before xmas? and i saw in the pics before that theres a 1394 firewire whole there what can we expect from that? either way it will be cool

there are only 2 usb ports that are relayed to the 3 and 4 the controller ports its being shipped to retailers on the 20th so no you won't get it before christmas

it means shipped to resellers not shipped to you so it will def be after christmas but who care its still closes enough.

they're making a crystal one as well just for you lucky doo doo heads who have them
/a flathead screwdriver will pop the side clips no problem on the front, then turn it down and it pops off

well i tried 2 ways to flash it, and i watched videos aswell and when i try to play burned games, it just keeps saying watch dvd. i know my games work cause i already have a benq flashed and trying to do the same with the hitachi. can any one help me why this is not working?

Did you use Jungle Flasher? If so, can we see your Jungle Flasher log?

When you power on your Xbox 360 with the Hitachi drive properly connected - does the center LED keep flashing? Did you try any original games with the Hitachi drive?

It seems like you did not spoof the firmware properly.

yea i tried original games, the center flashes when i close it like how it always does.

i believe this is the log for it.

ok i just got it to work now, thanks for the help.

i just restored the firmware, and gave it another shot and it works now

That's great to hear!
Also, when I was talking about the center green light flashing, I didn't mean when you go to open or close the drive. If there is a problem with the DVD drive it will flash all the time, constantly.
