X3 dvd flexibility

Does the X3 support any type of dvd or cd-rom to be connected and used or just specific dvd models only?

Also, My halo 2 disc won't copy some files properly. They came up as 0 bytes.

Ok first of all, it's not the x3 that is going to determine what type or brand of dvd's/cd's your xbox can read...that is your dvd drive. Depending on what DVD-rom you xbox has will determine what your xbox can/can't read. You can view more info on what drives like what type of dvd/cds in xbox-scene or doing a google search. Second...what program are you using to "backup" your game?

P.S. in my opinion the samsung dvd drive has the best compatibility and the thompson has the worst...
