X3 fetures help

Im sorry to post again but i really need help. i can not figure out what i should be seeing. i have just upgraded from the 19** bios to the 2913 and i only see about 3 new menu items like skins (which i cant get to work), disabled cdrom boot, and enable vga patch. but that is all and i tohught there was alot more but i might bne mistaken so again sorry for the second post but i really want to get this fixed.

Alot of the things added aren't menu items, there are also things that were fixed and things that you get the ability to do, doesn't necessarily mean there menu items. Also about the skins not working, did you put the "x3skins" folder in your "E:" root directory?

Yeah the skins are in the e:\x3skins and they are in there seperate folders.
Are there supposed to be any more menu item changes though i thought there was.

What happens when you press "A" to select or set the new skin?

It just stops for like a milisecond then stays normal except when i put the new bios on and reset to defaults the text went to like itallics.

there were two versions of the bios that were released I see you have a 1.4box which bios did you flash to?

I dont really understand your question but i flashed it to 1-2-3-4 it was the right one not the 1.6
