x3 flash problem

Hi-
I just installed an executer3 ce on my xbox non 1.6 version. I flashed the bios with the cd and everything worked correctly. The green bar went across fully and the xbox then shut off. Now when I boot up my xbox, the light turns green for 2 seconds, then everything shuts off right away. I can hold down the button and it boots up normally. I resoddered the points and tried this again and the same problem occurs. Anyone have any suggestions?

one more thing

I saw the post about the blank screen problem and re-soldering lpc 13&14. My box displays a blank screen for 2 seconds, then shuts off. Is this the same problem or can does it mean other points are messed up? Any help would be much appreciated!

Your issue is to do with the bios i believe. You will find that backup still works fine right? Try reflashing with an older bios version. Also can try reseating the chip to make sure the bios flash works properly.

Not sure what you mean by the backup?? If you mean the normal xbox bootup, then yes it does work! Also not sure what you mean by reseating the chip. Sorry, I'm new to this stuff. Thanks-

backup - press power and eject at the same time to boot into flashbios.
reseat- remove mod from pinheader and gently replace back on.
