X3 flashbios disaster

hey i think that i possible deleted the flashbios program......... I think i set the switches wrong and in the middle of d/l the light turned amber..... then i went to turn it off and i noticed as i hit the power button that it said flash incomplete or something like that and it powered down... I tried to reset the switches yet i fear that i have deleted it because it will only boot to the stock hardrive after blinking red and green for a while and then boots up microsoftbios........help what do i doooo can i d/l it from ssomewhere else burn it onto a cd and run it from there????????

Press power and eject together to turn on. This should get you to your backup flashbios screen.
Then set the switches to on,on,off,off,off. the last off being the flash protect.
Make sure you are using the correct bios for your xbox.
For your v1.0 box the latest bios release is x3_3294, don't use x3_3294 v1.6.
