X3 flashbios fragging after successful installation

When pushing the power buttom, it starts up 1-2 sec. turns off, starts up again 1-2 secs. turns off , and finally starts up again constantly, with a blank screen, no sound and the LED's flashing red and green.


First time I powered on, I got all 3 screenmodes.
1 X3 mode
2 MS mode
3 Backup mode

Then I tried flashing the BIOS with latest version (1957).
The Xbot turned off as described.
But the the trouble began.
1. mode ..... as mentioned before FRAG
2. mode ..... ok
3. mode ..... ok

My switch bank are as follows:
1 on - 2 on - 3 off - 4 off - 5 off.

I have tried resoldering but still without luck.

Only differense from the manual was during the flashing process.
I had to puss the CD tray before anything happens.

I have also tried surching as many have suggested, but havn't found any examples like mine :( plz help

my xbox has the man. date of 9-11-2004 and has the brown chord power for those who know what im speaking of.

what kind of ram, the brown cord dont mean sh*t is the ram hynix or samsung?

check for solder splash very carefully, and dont give the line, im a 10 time gold medal winning electronic expert sh*t..........

Assassins Creed Logo?

Was always into the games, never saw a console mod
for the games that I can recall so, with a open day tomorrow
thinking of doing it to my JTAG system.

Simple just the logo, but not sure, was thinking maybe
go blue with the leds for cutout.

a light blue and make it fate into white but thats not so easy without a gd knowlege in spray painting and then to get it all pannels matching up, its gunna be hard, so it will either look sweet as or just messed up but yeah i would go with the blue they used in the first game.

Got the cutting done, working on sanding, also had to get a small jeweler saw blade to to cut the tight corners, so still
need to finish those.


Tried my hand at paints, this is a scrap console, not terrible, still not sure if I want to do it yet though.

Well just went for it, sprayed it while the case was all together,
the faceplate on too, but I managed to f**k up the top of
the faceplate so im trying to fix that right now resand and
paint.

damn litte "O" popped out too.

used primer on all the parts, let dry. Then put the case
together with faceplate on it, then painted everything white.
Then I put black then blue over that. Then sealer on all of it.

Sorry but the hand painting not goin happen lol no way I could make that look good lol.

Ya I masked off the RF and I attempted to mask off the
power button but it pulled some of the paint right around the
ring so some white shows. Going to get a blue sharpie and
try and patch the spots.

Man that looks real good!! For faceplates I get the thrid party ones they sell at gamestop or wallyworld and they have a removeable plastic power button piece...works nice don't have to worry about masking which is a pain!!!

Got the acrylic today, only thing missing is the Blue Talismoon
fan so its little dark where the fan is, has a clear fan shroud in.
Messed up on the faceplate at the top few other places but first
time painting

Black thing in the top is a ethernet port wired to dump NAND. This was my JTAG system.
