x3 flashing bios leads to fragging!!

When pushing the power buttom, it starts up 1-2 sec. turns off, starts up again 1-2 secs. turns off , and finally starts up again constantly, with a blank screen, no sound and the LED's flashing red and green.


First time I powered on, I got all 3 screenmodes.
1 X3 mode
2 MS mode
3 Backup mode

Then I tried flashing the BIOS with latest version (1957).
The Xbot turned off as described.
But the the trouble began.
1. mode ..... as mentioned before FRAG
2. mode ..... ok
3. mode ..... ok

My switch bank are as follows:
1 on - 2 on - 3 off - 4 off - 5 off.

I have tried resoldering but still without luck.

Only differense from the manual was during the flashing process.
I had to puss the CD tray before anything happens.

I have also tried surching as many have suggested, but havn't found any examples like mine plz help

my xbox has the man. date of 9-11-2004 and has the brown chord power for those who know what im speaking of.

reflash with 1959 and make sure you use the right bin for your xbox 1959_16plus is for 1.6 and 1959 is for 1.0-1.5

i've used the ones off the teamxecuter site and they were a no go.. am i doing it wrong or something?...It appears to install correctly but like i said above $hit happens when i boot the x3 once again..

FRAG after flashing is usally due to a bad flash. Try reflashing the bios, make sure you have a good .bin file and correct version.

Hitachy to Benq

I haw XBOX360 just motherboard and DVD key from Hitachy79 DVD drive, can I bay the Benq drive and Spoof it like hitachy79 and use Benq LT firmware???
