JUST INSTALLED AN X3 IN A 1.6, (PAIN IN THE ASS WITHOUT THE PCB REBUILD!) AND I'M FRAGGING WHEN I TRY AND SHUT OFF MY CHIP, CHIP STILL WORKS NORMALLY THOUGH. I'VE TRIPLE CHECED ALL MY SOLDER POINTS AND OHMED THEM OUT AND THEY ARE ALL GOOD. ANYBODY GOT ANY IDEAS?

I saw this happen on a box i have. it was due to the d0 line it was bridged to ground. Check the d0 and make sure that one it isn't soldered to ground and two that you d0 wire isn't being crimped down underthe screw point on the bottom of the xbox if so cover in electrical tape and move it away from the screw points
