X3 front piece

Something happened to my X3 front piece while i lent it to my friend, the piece that shows hd activity, lan activity and all that good neat stuff, the flash bios switch is busted, where the right set of wires hooks up into it was snapped off, anyway, was wondering if anyone could let me know wehre to get a new one and around how much it would cost, or if im just sol.

theres is a sexy type of switch that executer has just released check it out and droul. As long as the cable is ok you choud be sorted.

if its the front switch you are talking about, you could just unplug it and not use it. if all else fails

Which new burner

My old burner just died. I can't find any pioneer dvr 115d, 111d, or 112d for sale. Is there a newer drive that people have been having good luck with. By the way, I need an ide drive. Thanks for any advice.

i use the same drive as mrpete and ive tried the cheapest of cheap discs and not had 1 coaster. i got it for£10 second hand off ebay. before that i payed £29 for an lg and it was crap. loads of dropped discs. definately go with the sony optiarc.

get a sata card and use a sata burner

is this drive used to rip retail games or just to burn them

just to burn them. to backup your own retail copy then you will need a spare xbox 360 drive flashed with 0800 firmware. kreon drives arent any good now so dont use them.

Could i buy a spare xbox with 0800 firmware from like ebay and also do you know a good website of how you would hook it up to a desktop computer i think i have a gateway wih win xp if you could look at my computer online to see if it will work with the the xbox drive. Just go to gateway.com and look up the gateway 420gr if i could use that for the xbox drive with 0800
