X3 Froze during flash process

I installed a x3 into a v1.6 and then began the flash process. This is the first time that is did not complete the process and just froze. I reset the xbox manually and now all it does when i power it on is turn on then off, on and off.

Can someone help

How do I get back to the main screen so I can try to reflash this thing.

make sure to use flashbios 3.0.0 or 3.0.1 to flash your version 1.6 xbox. To get to backup bios, press power and eject buttons at the same time until your x3 cp turns purple. Set your switches to on on off off off prior to flashing if you haven't done so.
