x3 in v1.0 problems

ok i tried to install it and got everything hooked up and tried it. i got power on off, on off then red yellow frag no visual display on the tv and the switch is red and the hd blue light but the chip itself lites 2 lights blue, i thought it was the pin connector so i did the wire install still the same what else can i do

your gettin a frag? or a frao? (frag red green, frao red orange\amber)? casue a frag is ad installation adn frao is bad hardware... or heat.
