X3 Install on 1.2 Xbox

I did everything correctly - but the Xbox frags.
I didnt see any short circuits or any solder splashes.

I soldered the HD, LAN, and the D0 correctly. Yet, it still frags.

I've tried everything I can think of.

Can someone help?

Solder joints are the first casue of frags...however check u have memory bank switches set correctly..u may be trying to boot an area with no cromwell

ie
Bank 1 on,on,off,off,off or to select Bank 2 off,on,off,off,off
also try boot from backup (pwr&rst together) purple X displayed on switch bank

I tried with the switch settings - still the same thing. Tried the 256k backup also.

I think i'll resolder everything.
