Does anybody know weather the current X3 install guide for version 1.6 also applies to the 1.6b model which I have just purchased? Thanks :?:

P.S: you only have an 1.6b if your XBOX has Hynix RAM instead of Samsung...

Hynix is a southeast-asia company that manufactures memory products just like Samsung, Micron, Infineon, etc. They used to be a bottom of the barrel kind of manufacturer that kept getting bailed out by Korean (I believe, I may have the wrong country) goverment so that the company wouldn't go under. Now they have their act together more so now with automating their fabrication plants and thus are gaining more momentum in the semiconductor industry. Just FYI....
Orginal DVD Drive
I bought a xbox 360 from a local person and it reads dvd but not games. So my question is how do i find out what the orginal dvd drive is in my system. A friend of mine said it not the correct drive but also told me if i can find the orginal key hey can sproof it im assuming
