Hitachi 047 Spoofed at 0078/9 - Flashing advice needed

Hi I have a hitachi 047 which is spoofed as a 0078 or 0079, To flash it should I treat the drive as a 047 or a 0078/9? (using the usual methods)

Additionally does anyone know when the next ban wave is likely to be?
