Tons of people have had their accounts banned for playing games early on a modded console.

Microsoft calls it "Illegal PreRelease Play" Your GamerTag is banned, and Microsoft also sends you an email to your Live Account to state you have been banned and they call it what I have called it up above.

Forza3, MW2, ODST and Fable 2 got some profiles banned. Forza 3 had the most by far. Everyone remembers that. You just must be new to the scene. If you do a search you can even find a copy of the email Microsoft sends you.

C4Eva has a way to check everysingle "Security Check" that Microsoft passes through Xbox live. He says at the moment THERE IS NO NEW CHECKS. The same ones that have been there.

Excluding 2.5 check ofcourse thats a whole different ball game.

So hopefully LT 1.2 is safe for now guys.
