x3 lcd problem

Hello, i've a problem...

When i plug the cable of the x3 lcd the console don't start correctly...
It turn on and turn off two times (with a green power led), and after turn on with a flashing (red and green) power led...

The screen is black...

If i unplug the lcd cable all is ok...

(sorry for my english )

P.S. The version of the xbox is 1.6

either you have bent pins on the connector or the lcd is touching the xbox screening..make sure you have insulated the back of the LCD from the metal screening
