x3/Linux legality?

So having a Xbox with an X3 and Linux installed should be perfectly legal right?..........as long as theres not any illegal bios?

What's the difference?

I have a 360 with dash: 2.0.4552.0 can I do anything different (mods) , in regards to having a 2.0.7..... ?

Yes you can JTAG that console if i remember rightly.

2.0.4552.0 can be JTAGGED But a 2.0.7.... CANNOT!!!!

These CB versions are patched so the JTAG Hack is no longer working: (CD = 8453 for all of them)

1888, 1902, 1903, 1920,1921: exploitable xenon
4558: exploitable Zephyr (4580 works with falcon src from xbr)
