HEy Guys. I have a quick question. I have the "xecuter 3 se" and was wondering what I needed to do to get on live without crashing the chip? I am new to this and just got it installed. I lost my owners manual "haha"

I have 3 switches on my xbox "chip enabled on/off, flash protect on/off and bank 1/2" Can someone tell me what these switches do and what I need to do to get on live without loosing everything.
