What do you mean by 5th point??? Pin 5 on the actual LPC? or have you assigned some sort of numbering to the pads on the LPC rebuild?
If possible take a picture of your install and post it here.

the blue circle on the right is pin 9. Just so we know were you getting 2 blue led's lighting up on the chip

then you should concentrate on soldering pin 9 and 15 untill you get 2 blue led's on the chip. You can connect a wire to both of those pin too, to give you a better chance of getting 3.3v

so you want me to connect these two points in red and is there any specific guage of wire i should use
yes. If your using that board pin 9 and 15 are connected through the trace on the board so just desolder those points and resolder them till you get the 3.3v led

is the 3.3v led right next to the other one or where is it the one that has been lighting up is near the connection for the switch to the chip

Interesting info on Fable 3 and Firmwares....

TO make this quick:

Ive been looking all over xbox scene and it seems this might be true for ANY drive.

If you have a no stealth ixtreme FW on ANY drive, Fable 3 will boot after the dash update.

If you have the LT firmware, it will NOT boot after the dash update.

Thoughts? Anyone else test?
