X3 network flash refused, help?

ok i have a v1.2 box with xecuter 3 mod chip and soldrless adapter. Im trying to flash it via http and i have the X3 3294 bios and X3 3108 bios, but when i try to flash it, it says "262144, 524288 or 1048576 bytes. Refusing to flash. " can anybody point me to the problem, or maybe point me to the correct bios im supposed to flash it with?

Have you "unrar"ed the bios file? Have you got your switches set correctly for a 1Mb bank.
