X3 on a 1.6b

all xecuter3's are shipped with flashbios by the time you receive it. You cannot get it preflashed already with the xecuter3 bios otherwise that would be very illegal.
Thats not what I was talking about sorry. I meant how can I be sure it has FlashBIOS v3.0.3 so I can flash it to work with 1.6b . Are most suppliers putting the FlashBIOS v3.0.3 on them ??

Thats why I was asking here. I have read several post where people said the reseller said " Sure it will have 3.0.3" then they get it and its not. Just wanted to know if there was a better way.
Yea I've heard this too. But from what I know the only way is to ask the retailer - who half of the time doesn't do it. Or you have to hotswap it.Digitalden said:

i was under the impression that you could install it on a 1.6b and then itll boot w/ no video then you could blindly navigate the menu to flash from cd-rom...is this true?

Thats why I asked. I never said it was your fault or a fault of your product. Just thought I would get some helpfull suggestions from people who already bought them and suggest a reseller who listens to the customer more then others. I guess I was wrong to come here.

now that i think of it all your "official" resellers would not flash the bios for me. The most I got was.. "the new shipment will have the new bios" "when?" "I dont know"

Im glad to see one reseller stepping up and doing that. To bad the other Official stores are not as of now. Even though xecuter says they are.
It's rediculous - Xecuter should step and say if you want to remain an official store - START FLASHING THEM if requested. Because, to be quite honest, I don't see a difference between the official ones and the unofficial ones, no one is flashing anything in the US anyway - this is crap!Digitalden said:
